I found these interesting art pieces from designer James King and Sarah Illenberg in mexican Design magazine. I’ve always loved the colors of food, especially fruits and vegetables, but these pieces are not just for visual pleasure. The artists send different messages through the images and shapes of these fruits, etc. and accomplish to give us another perspective on food, playing with both, shapes and textures.

If you have time, try and hear/read the explanation in James King’s website: http://www.james-king.net/projects/meat
